Please read the market rules & regulations before filling out the form.

Please pay attention to the Council Regulations concerning ground cover and NO pegs in the ground to hold your marquee down. Use alternative devices such as sandbags or circular clips.

To secure your market position, please make payment of stall fee on the Wednesday leading up the the Saturday market, please transfer payment on line to:

In the event of non attendance, the market may choose to carry half of that stall fee forward for your next booking.

Please note that prices include GST

The cost per stalls is as follows

Artisan Stall Prices

Sites 3m x 3m = $80
Sites 6m + x 3m = $110

Food Stall Prices

Sites 3m x 3m = $95
Sites 6m x 3m = $130
Food Trucks = $130

Festival Pricing

3×3 = $90
6×3 = $130
Food 3×3 = $100
Food 6×3/Food Trucks = $140

Larger sites are price on application.

Power will be charged at $1.25 per amp
e.g. 10 amps = $12.50 – 15 amps = $18.75

I understand pegs are not permitted by Hawkesbury council, instead I will use weights.

I will only load and unload my car from the car park and surrounds. I will always move my car to make room for customers so they can have easy access to the market.
